WBASD Disclosure Statement
Arrest/Conviction Report


Upon appointment, the following will be required:
All Clearances required by PDE (State Police Criminal Background, Child Abuse Background & FBI/Fingerprinting)
Mandated & Permissive Reporter Training
Physical and TB test

All Training required by the PIAA (Concussion In Sports, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, First Aide Coursework, Fundamentals of Coaching Coursework)

 

 

 

 

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalency, be at least 18 years of age and able to satisfy required PA clearances.

 

By submitting an application, the applicant consents to the testing for the use of illegal drugs.
